Do NOT DISTURB fellow group cave customers by talking, taking phone calls, playing your own music, shouting and laughing. This is a health spa which is a relaxing environment, and you will be asked to keep quiet after a complaint has been made regarding an excess noise or constant talking.

If you are undergoing chemotherapy / radiotherapy, please check with your oncologist before coming in for your session.

If you're unsure regarding bringing your baby in we cannot give medical advice as we are not qualified to do so, please check with GP if you have any concerns.

 By pressing continue to payment you agree with T's & C's and that neither Salt Cave, Salt Booths Halotherapy or any person associated with Health Booster LTD shall be liable for any damage resulting from your use of Salt Cave / Salt Booths!

My participation in a Salt Cave and Salt Booths is purely voluntary and no warranties and representations were made to me by its Directors/Management to induce me to participate. 

I shall assume full responsibility for myself, my children, guests or invitees in case of damaging property of Health Booster LTD. All children under 12yo must be under supervision of adult.

I understand that it is forbidden to touch the walls and damage the inside of the salt cave and salt booths.

Loss of property: Please make sure after your session finishes you do not forget your personal belongings on the premises of Health Booster LTD.

We CANNOT take any responsibility of any loss of personal items. If any items found behind a customer, we will retain them for a period of 5 working days.

WHAT TO WEAR? Come in fully clothed, in light colour clothes as we try our hardest to keep our salt caves nice and clean and to prevent dark threads falling from clothing and dark socks. 

You can enter our salt caves in shoe covers, bare feet or strictly in fully white socks (if you don't have fully white socks, you will be asked to remove them or put shoe covers on.)

For any skin conditions show off as much skin as possible, for the best result you can rub dead sea salt on your skin that's located on our floor of all our salt caves.

Our dead sea salt is beneficial for skin conditions, inflammation and to make your skin nice and soft.

DO NOT GET CHANGED IN OUR GROUP SALT CAVE CORRIDOR - IT IS MONITORED BY OUR CCTV !

WE HAVE A SALT BOOTH FOR GROUP SALT CAVE CUSTOMERS TO GET CHANGED IN OR A CHANGING CUBICLE FOR OUR PRIVATE SALT CAVE CUSTOMERS. CORRIDOR IN OUR GROUP CAVE IS SMALL AND IF YOUR SESSION HAS OTHER FELLOW CUSTOMERS IN IT YOU'RE BLOCKING THEIR WAY INSIDE.

ASK OUR SALT CAVE STAFF TO LEAD YOU INTO OUR OFFICE TO GET CHANGED IF YOU HAVE A GROUP SALT CAVE SESSION BOOKED.
WE ARE NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESIBLE HEALTH SPA.

Cancellation Policy:
If you have booked an appointment and are unable to attend, you are able to cancel within 24 hours of your booking time and receive a full refund.
If within the 24hr you report you're unable to attend we will allow you to reschedule your booking. We will allow you to reschedule twice, your second rebooking time CANNOT be rescheduled.
If you have not paid your invoice within 48hrs of your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
We will send a payment reminder by text or an e-mail.

 

Group Salt Cave Customers :
Please come in 10minutes before your session to allow plenty of time to take your shoes/ socks off or Put shoe covers on and pick your recliner chair -they have massage and heat functions.
You can go in bare feet, in white socks or we provide shoe covers.
Please wear comfortable light colour clothing as salt particles can be seen on dark
It is forbidden to touch the walls, ceilings and lights !

All you do for 45 mins is breathing in salt particles of pure grade pharmaceutical salt, relaxing on massage and heated lounger, listening to calming music and looking at beautiful colour therapy on the walls and ceilings.

It's recommended to rub the dead sea salt onto your skin ( perfect for skin conditions and to make your skin the softest it's ever been )

Salt Booth Customers: 

Please come in 5minutes before your session - your session lasts 20mins.

You are in a salt booth cubicle breathing in pure grade pharmaceutical salt particles

(please note for this session there are no heated & massage loungers or dead sea salt on the floor)
These are only in our salt caves.
Shoes only entry.
Salt booths are only for breathing conditions as they are 3x more intense
(asthma, COPD, hay fever, sinusitis, rhinitis etc)

 

NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN OUR SALT CAVES ! 
Everyone gets a cup of water after session in group cave or salt booth
If you booked a private cave you get complimentary tea / coffee and water.
