Welcome to Health Booster LTD. To ensure a safe, relaxing, and hygienic experience for all our guests, please review our terms and guidelines prior to booking your session.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and receive treatments independently.

• Minors are warmly welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the session.

2. Health, Wellbeing & Medical Conditions

• Please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, severe skin irritations, or medications prior to your session.

• Some medical conditions may require prior approval from your doctor before participating in salt therapy.

• If you or your children have open wounds, deep scratches, or actively irritated skin, we advise keeping these areas fully covered with clothing. Direct contact with Dead Sea salt may cause temporary stinging, redness, or itching.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Advance Payment: Full payment is kindly required online prior to your visit to secure your time slot in our Salt Cave.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Fees: Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a non-refundable cancellation fee, as detailed during the online checkout process.

4. Arrival Time & Late Policy

• We highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary check-ins and prepare comfortably.

• To ensure fairness to subsequent guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session, which cannot be extended past your booked time slot.

5. Personal Belongings & Lockers

• Free-of-charge lockers are provided for your convenience. Please ensure the locker key is returned to the reception after your session.

• Health Booster LTD is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. Any lost property found on the premises will be securely held for 7 days, after which it will be responsibly disposed of.

6. Guest Conduct, Respect & Safety

• Mutual Respect: We maintain a peaceful environment and expect all clients to treat our staff and other guests with respect. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the current and future sessions without a refund.

• Intoxication Policy: No alcohol or illegal substances may be consumed prior to or during your therapy. Guests showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may be restricted from future bookings.

• Food & Drink: Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the salt caves to preserve the purity of the environment.

• Noise & Phones: To safeguard the tranquil atmosphere, mobile phones must be placed on silent mode. Please limit conversations to essential communication so other guests can enjoy their relaxation.

7. Property Care & Liability for Damage

• Our salt walls are crafted from delicate, natural crystal formations. Please do not scrape, scratch, or touch the walls.

• Guests bear full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the property or facilities of Health Booster LTD. Any property damage will be professionally assessed, and the responsible party will be issued an official invoice for repair costs. Failure to settle this invoice upon receipt will result in immediate legal action to recover the losses.

8. Supervision of Children & Guests

• You are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of your children and guests within our facilities. Continuous supervision is mandatory to prevent accidental injury or the ingestion of Dead Sea salt.

• In group sessions where you do not have exclusive use of the space, please remain mindful and considerate of other participants.

9. First-Time Visit Guidelines & Practical Information

• Footwear: You may enter the salt caves in clean socks or bare feet. If you prefer to keep your shoes on, disposable shoe covers will be provided free of charge.

• Clothing: We recommend wearing light-colored clothing. Natural salt particles may settle on dark fabrics during the session; however, this is completely harmless and can be easily brushed or washed away. Salt will not damage clothing, jewelry, or electronic devices.

• Medical Equipment: If you use vital medical devices (such as oxygen masks), please ensure they are adequately covered or protected to prevent fine salt dust from settling on them.

• Personal Hygiene: To maintain our high standards and ensure a pleasant environment, we kindly ask all guests to allocate sufficient time for personal hygiene and preparation prior to their visit.

10. Accessibility & Incidents

• Accessibility: Please note that our salt caves are currently not equipped for wheelchair accessibility. Should a guest require assistance transferring from a wheelchair to a relaxation recliner, they must bring a sufficient number of personal assistants to facilitate a safe transfer. Due to insurance and company policies, our staff are not trained caregivers and cannot assist with physical transfers.

• Eye Contact with Salt: The floors of our caves are covered with genuine Dead Sea salt. In the event that salt accidentally gets into the eyes of an adult or child, notify our staff immediately so we can complete an official incident report. We recommend rinsing the eyes thoroughly with clean water. Complimentary drinking water stations are available throughout the building, and our team will immediately guide you to the nearest one.
