1. **Eligibility**
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment. Minors must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
2. **Health Conditions**
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking prior to your treatment. Some conditions may require a doctor's approval before you can participate in salt therapy.
3. **Cancellation Policy**
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a non-refundable cancellation fee, which you can find detailed on our website when booking a slot online.
4. **Late Arrivals**
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to prepare for your session.
5. **Payment**
A deposit is required at the time of online booking, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. **Personal Items**
Please leave valuable items at home or use the lockers available for each session (free of charge). Make sure to return the locker key after each visit. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings and will only hold lost property for 7 days, before disposing of the items.
7. **Conduct**
We expect all clients to treat our staff and other guests with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of your current and future treatments without a refund.

MY FIRST VISIT TO HEALTH BOOSTER LTD
NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS to be consumed prior or during your salt therapy session. If our staff finds out this rule has been breached, you will be kindly asked to leave our premises without a refund and flagged on our portal.

All salt cave sessions can be entered with socks on or bare feet. If you'd like to keep your shoes on, we can accommodate you with shoe covers free of charge.

Please wear light coloured clothing - the reason being is salt particles show on dark materials and can only be brushed or washes away. Salt does not damage clothing, jewelery, smartphones. If you have an oxygen mask or other products you need for day to day living please put it in a cover to prevent any damage to your property.

Personal hygiene is of utmost importance to our establishment, and it is essential for all customers to comply with these standards. As our session appointments are scheduled in close proximity to one another, we respectfully request that you allocate sufficient time for personal preparation prior to your visit. This consideration will enhance your experience and positively impact the experience of subsequent customers.

The salt caves at our facility are not equipped for wheelchair accessibility. Should you require assistance in transferring an individual from a wheelchair to a recliner chair within the salt cave, we kindly request that you arrange for an adequate number of persons to facilitate this transfer. Due to company policies, we are unable to provide assistance in this matter, and we do not have qualified caregivers available on staff.

In the event that Dead Sea salt, which is allocated on all salt caves floors, inadvertently comes into contact with the eyes of you or your children, we kindly ask that you notify our staff immediately. This will enable us to take prompt action and complete an incident report to ensure adherence to our established procedures. Should such an incident occur, we recommend rinsing the affected eyes thoroughly with water. Numerous drinking water stations are available throughout the building, and our staff will be pleased to direct you to the nearest location.

If an individual has open wounds, scratches, areas of irritated skin, or exacerbated skin conditions, it is advised not to apply salt to these affected areas. Doing so may aggravate the wounds and result in stinging sensations, which can lead to increased redness and itchiness. It is imperative to cover all affected regions with clothing to prevent these adverse effects from occurring.

You bear the responsibility of supervising your children and guests within our facilities. It is imperative that you maintain full control over your children to prevent any injuries or incidents involving the ingestion of dead sea salt. If you have reserved a group session in our salt cave and do not have exclusive use of the space, we kindly request that you be considerate of other clients who may be participating in the same session. The use of mobile phones is prohibited; however, if necessary, please ensure that your devices are set to silent mode to avoid distracting others from their relaxation. Conversations during sessions should be limited to essential communication to prevent disruption to the tranquil atmosphere.
